Amounts due

Any amounts due listed on your voucher should be paid to our account straight away. If you have already transferred the amount due to our account or are planning to do so immediately, be sure to bring valid proof of payment (bank statement, accept giro form with the bank’s stamp). You will need to submit this to the park reception when you arrive. If you do not have valid proof of payment you will be obliged to pay the outstanding amount when you arrive at the park.


You can park your vehicle in the parking space by the accommodation or campsite. You may only park in the designated parking spaces and not on the grass.


We have provided a service set in your accommodation for your convenience. The set includes practical items such as celaning products, an inventory deposit envelope and cleaning instructions. If necessary, additional different instructions will be posted prominently in your accommodation.


Friends and family are welcome. We kindly ask that your visitors report to the park reception if they plan to spend the night.


You are welcome at our park from 3 p.m. onwards. You may check in until 6 p.m. on Monday on Friday. Will you be arriving after the reception has closed? Please phone reception to let them know in advance: +31 (0)492 - 661661.

Have you booked a special package deal? You will receive all of the necessary information about your special package at the park reception on the day you arrive. If your special package deal starts as soon as you arrive, be sure to be here before 6 p.m. in connection with restaurant opening times.

Swimming pool

You can access the swimming pool for free during your stay at Vakantiepark Callassande.


You should check out of your holiday accommodation before 10 a.m.

After you check out, the cleaning service will inspect your holiday accommodation for cleanliness, any inventory irregularities and damage. In connection with this ‘final inspection’, we are obliged to charge you a deposit of € 65,- for each accommodation reserved. This amount will be refunded to your account during the week following your departure provided the accommodation was left in the condition stipulated in our terms, and provided we have your bank/giro account number in our system.
